오랫동안 한국 민화를 사랑해 왔습니다. 알 수 없는 끌림에 그림을 그리기 시작했고, 작품 활동과 함께 다양한 아트상품을 만들어 왔습니다.
지금의 저는 민화가 가진 생생한 에너지와 자유로움, 중력을 벗어난 듯한 가벼움에 매력을 느낍니다.
전통과 현대, 동양과 서양, 익숙함과 낯섦이 뒤섞인 기묘한 세계. 그 안에서 새로운 이야기를 그려가고 있습니다.
I have loved Korean folk painting, or minhwa, for a long time. Drawn to it by something I could never quite explain, I began painting and have continued creating original artworks alongside a variety of art products.
What fascinates me about minhwa today is its vibrant energy, its freedom, and its sense of lightness, as if released from gravity.
A curious world where tradition and modernity, East and West, the familiar and the unfamiliar intertwine. Within it, I continue to tell new stories through my art.
